We Are Not a Family
We are a high-performance team. We foster a culture of autonomy, candor, and rigorous engineering standards.
How We Work
Writing is Thinking
We avoid meetings where possible. We write long-form RFCs and decision documents. Writing forces clarity and allows for thoughtful, asynchronous debate.
Small Teams, Big Scope
We keep teams small (2-5 people). Every engineer is expected to understand the full stack, from the frontend UI to the database schema.
Ship to Learn
We don't debate in a vacuum. We ship primitives quickly and iterate based on real usage. Perfect is the enemy of shipped.
Anti-Patterns
You will probably not enjoy working here if you:
- Prefer hierarchy and being told exactly what to do.
- Value "optics" or "politics" over technical truth.
- Think documentation is someone else's job.
- Require a large team to be effective.
- Solve problems by adding more complexity.
