A Basic AMC covers preventive maintenance and remote software support. A Comprehensive AMC adds on-site repair labour and discounted parts. Physical accidental damage (drops, liquid spills) is assessed separately and isn't covered by either plan by default.

Do you offer a free inspection before I sign up?

Yes. We inspect your devices on-site or you can drop them at our Lucknow office, and give you a written report of their condition before you commit to a plan.
